Choose the payment option that works for you.
Onyx Auto Transport offers two ways to pay for your vehicle shipment: a discounted cash option and a one-time full card payment. With either option, no payment is required when you book. Charges are processed only after a carrier is assigned.

Choose this option if you prefer to pay a deposit after carrier assignment and the remaining balance at delivery.

The carrier cannot accept credit or debit cards for the remaining balance at delivery under the Discounted Cash Price option.

Select your preferred option. No payment is required at booking.

Carrier assigned

Payment is processed according to your selected option. With the cash option, the remaining balance is paid at delivery.

Paying the carrier at delivery

For the discounted cash option, your delivery balance is payable directly to the carrier. Payment options include cash, certified funds, or a cashier’s check payable to the carrier. Some carriers also accept Zelle or Venmo. Confirm accepted payment methods with your assigned carrier before delivery.
The carrier cannot accept credit or debit cards for the remaining balance at delivery under the Discounted Cash Price option. Personal checks are also not accepted.

Check your shipment details before booking

Make sure your pickup and delivery locations, vehicle year, make, model, operating condition, and requested services are correct. Changes to shipment details or added services can affect pricing. Review the payment breakdown in your booking details and contact our team with any questions.

Yes. Choose One-Time Full Payment to pay the full shipping amount by credit or debit card after a carrier is assigned.

No remaining shipping balance is due at delivery under the One-Time Full Payment option. Additional services or approved changes are subject to your booking terms.

You may cancel without a cancellation fee before a carrier accepts your order. After carrier acceptance, Section 8 of our Terms of Service provides for a minimum $230 cancellation fee and any applicable carrier charges. Contact Onyx with your order number so we can confirm the order status and explain any charges or refund eligibility.
