One service. Both sides of the sale.

A better handoff starts with a clear plan.

Shopping online opens up more choices. Selling online brings buyers from farther away. Shipping should help you complete the transaction without an extra road trip, a flight to collect the vehicle, or miles added to the odometer. We coordinate the transport around the people, locations, and release arrangements involved.

FOR BUYERS

You choose the car. We help bring it home.

Buy from an out-of-state dealership, a private owner, or an online listing and have your vehicle transported to your chosen destination. Share the seller’s contact details and the date the car will be ready; our team helps coordinate the pickup.
  • Get a shipping estimate before you commit to a purchase.
  • Arrange pickup without traveling to the seller.
  • Choose open or enclosed transport for your vehicle.
  • Receive updates as pickup and delivery are coordinated.
Before booking, confirm the vehicle’s condition, complete your purchase arrangements, and check that the seller can release it to the carrier. A pre-purchase inspection is separate from the transport condition inspection.

FOR SELLERS & RESELLERS

A buyer farther away? Make delivery part of the plan.

Whether you are selling your own vehicle or moving inventory for resale, we help organize transportation to your customer. Agree with the buyer on who will book and pay for shipping, then give us the pickup contact and delivery details.
  • Coordinate pickup from a home, dealership, or business.
  • Plan around business hours and vehicle availability.
  • Keep the buyer informed about the transport arrangements.
  • Ask about multiple vehicles or recurring shipping needs.
Have the keys ready, remove personal belongings, and ensure someone authorized can meet the driver. Release the vehicle only when your sale arrangements are complete and the pickup details have been confirmed.

Coordinate pickup

We arrange pickup with the seller or authorized contact. The vehicle must be ready for release. The driver records its condition on the bill of lading before loading, and the pickup contact reviews the inspection.

Inspect & receive

The driver coordinates delivery with the buyer or authorized recipient. Inspect the vehicle before signing, compare its condition with the pickup record, and note any concerns on the delivery paperwork.

Less travel. More convenience.

Explore door-to-door transport →
We arrange pickup and delivery as close to the requested addresses as the carrier can safely and legally reach. That might mean collecting a vehicle from the seller’s driveway, a dealership lot, or an agreed meeting point and delivering it near the buyer’s home.Large transport trucks need space to turn, load, and unload. Narrow streets, low branches, parking restrictions, or gated access may require a nearby open location. We help the pickup and delivery contacts work through those details so neither side is left guessing where to meet. You do not need to be at both ends yourself. A seller, dealership representative, or another authorized adult can handle pickup while the buyer or their representative receives the car.

Choose the right ride

Two transport options. One coordinated shipment.

Open auto transport

A practical choice for everyday cars, SUVs, and pickup trucks. Your vehicle travels on an open carrier with other vehicles. This is generally the more economical option, with broad availability on common routes.Vehicles are exposed to weather and road dust during the trip. For most standard online purchases, open transport offers a sensible balance of cost and convenience.Learn about open transport →

Enclosed auto transport

Additional protection from weather and road debris inside an enclosed trailer. Consider this option for a classic, luxury vehicle, specialty car, or a purchase whose finish deserves extra care.Enclosed shipping typically costs more and may require more scheduling flexibility. Tell us about low ground clearance or modifications so we can discuss suitable equipment.Learn about enclosed transport →

Budget before you buy or sell

What affects your shipping quote?

There is no single price for every online vehicle sale. A useful estimate starts with the actual route and the car you are moving.Get my shipping quote
  • Route and distance: Pickup and delivery locations, carrier traffic, and access all affect pricing.
  • Vehicle size and condition: Larger vehicles take more trailer space. A car that cannot run, steer, or brake may need special equipment.
  • Transport type: Open and enclosed carriers have different availability and costs.
  • Timing: Seasonal demand, the first available date, and scheduling flexibility influence the options.
Ask for an estimate while comparing vehicles, then reconfirm the details when the purchase is ready. For sellers, agreeing on shipping responsibility early helps avoid confusion when it is time to release the car.

Ready when the carrier arrives

A simple checklist for a smooth handoff.

Before pickup

  • Confirm the purchase is complete and the vehicle is released for transport.
  • Share accurate contact numbers and any dealership hours or access restrictions.
  • Disclose mechanical issues, modifications, and whether the car runs, steers, and brakes.
  • Remove valuables, personal items, and toll tags; have the keys available.
  • Photograph the vehicle and review its condition with the driver.

Before delivery

  • Keep the delivery contact reachable and plan a safe meeting location.
  • Arrange for an authorized adult to receive and inspect the vehicle.
  • Review the pickup condition record before signing at delivery.
  • Document any new concerns clearly on the bill of lading.
  • Have any agreed carrier balance ready in the confirmed payment method.

Online buyer & seller shipping FAQs

Can either the buyer or seller book the shipment?Yes. Either party can arrange transport. Agree on who is responsible for the shipping cost, and provide accurate pickup and delivery contact information. We will confirm the shipment details with the person booking.
Can you collect a car directly from a private seller or dealership?Yes. We coordinate with the seller or dealership contact, subject to carrier access and availability. The vehicle must be paid for and released under your purchase arrangements before pickup. Share business hours and any release instructions in advance.
Do I need to travel to the seller for pickup? No. An authorized seller or representative can meet the driver, review the condition inspection, and sign the pickup paperwork. Make sure they know the confirmed carrier details and are reachable during the pickup window.
How long will shipping take?Timing depends on the route, distance, carrier availability, and when the car is ready. Pickup and transit are separate parts of the schedule. We discuss estimated windows for your shipment; weather, traffic, or changes to vehicle release can affect them.
When do I pay for shipping? No charge is made until a carrier is assigned. With the discounted cash option, the deposit is charged after assignment and the remaining balance is paid to the carrier at delivery using the agreed method. A full card payment option is also available after assignment.
Can you move several cars for a reseller?Yes. Contact our team with the number of vehicles, their locations, conditions, and delivery requirements. We can discuss inventory transfers, customer deliveries, and recurring transport needs based on the routes and available carriers.
What if the car does not run?Tell us before booking. Inoperable vehicles may require a winch or other loading arrangements, which can change pricing and carrier options. Explain whether the vehicle rolls, steers, and brakes and whether loading help is available at each location.
Can I get a quote before buying the vehicle?Yes. Use the pickup and delivery locations and accurate vehicle details to estimate shipping as part of your purchase budget. Confirm the final release date, vehicle condition, and transport arrangements when you are ready to book.
