Lela (scheduler) was great overall and her communication was perfect, and the price they quoted was very fair. One thing to note is that they tend to secure a driver closer to your actual dates, so having a flexible window for pickup and drop-off is important. It’s not their fault, though, this is just the nature of the industry, where they often wait for a driver to be assigned to the route, which can make scheduling a bit unpredictable. That said, they were punctual and showed up exactly when they said they would for both the pickup and drop-off of the car. The driver was nice and professional. No complaints here!! Lela provided excellent service with the transportation of our two cars. One was shipped from Maryland to California, and the other from Maryland to Utah. In both instances, Lela offered great service at a reasonable price, and the cars were delivered on time without any issues.
