She clearly explained the terms for cash versus credit payments and sent  a quote within few minutes. Their quote was very reasonable compared to others. The quote also included insurance for your car.

The driver was courteous, picked and dropped the car on time. Because of the size of the truck you will need to drive your car about 5-8 miles  to their truck (it carries 8-9 cars) so in that sense it is not door to door service but I understand the restrictions because of narrow roads in neighborhoods.  Plan on having a ride once you drop. Same goes for pick up also. You get a better rate if you are flexible with picking and dropping dates. Don’t forget to remove EZ pass and such prior to dropping. If you pack the car make sure to cover contents with some blankets.
