 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ms. Lela at Onyx was very responsive and gave the best value for transportation of my car. She clearly explained the terms for cash versus credit payments and sent  a quote within few minutes. Their quote was very reasonable compared to others. The quote also included insurance for your car. The driver was courteous, picked and dropped the car on time. Because of the size of the truck you will need to drive your car about 5-8 miles  to their truck (it carries 8-9 cars) so in that sense it is not door to door service but I understand the restrictions because of narrow roads in neighborhoods.  Plan on having a ride once you drop. Same goes for pick up also. You get a better rate if you are flexible with picking and dropping dates. Don’t forget to remove EZ pass and such prior to dropping. If you pack the car make sure to cover contents with some blankets. Overall, I have had good experience and would strongly recommend Onyx.

Fortunately, I was put in contact with Onyx Auto Transport, they have provided shipping from the East Coast to Colorado and also another transport from Plano Texas. Both of these transports we're carefully monitored by Lela at dispatch, she immediately responded to any inquiries that I had about the process either by direct phone call or by text. Let me know when he would be arriving to pick up the car. And call me and let me know when he was about an hour away to give me time to make sure I was there.
